Position Overview:
The Senior AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI and GenAI solutions across enterprise platforms. The role requires strong expertise in AI/ML development, LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, observability, and production-grade AI systems to deliver reliable and governed AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI and GenAI solutions.
- Develop scalable AI workflows and enterprise AI systems.
- Deploy AI models and LLM workflows using APIs and cloud-native architectures.
LLM Frameworks & RAG Systems
- Build AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines and vector-based search systems.
- Implement multi-step AI agents and tool-calling architectures.
Observability & Governance
- Ensure traceability, logging, and observability across AI pipelines.
- Implement AI solutions aligned with enterprise governance standards.
- Support responsible AI practices, auditability, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with AI leads, data engineers, and cloud teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Support delivery of enterprise-grade AI platforms.
Monitoring & Engineering Excellence
- Monitor model performance including accuracy, latency, drift, and cost.
- Contribute to AI development standards and best practices.
- Support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Strong AI/ML and GenAI development expertise
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration
- Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and vector search systems
- Ability to build scalable and production-grade AI systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience with AI governance and observability practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- AI, ML, Cloud, or GenAI-related certifications preferred.
Experience :
- 6–8 years of overall experience with minimum 2+ years of relevant AI/GenAI experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or applied AI development.
- Strong experience building production-grade AI systems and enterprise AI solutions.
